In today's investment update WAM has now 11.2 cents of retained earnings from which it can pay dividends.
For a while it was looking like WAM might not pay a dividend or have to reduce the dividend from 7.75 cents per share as they may not have had the franking credits or retained earnings to do so.
It would now appear that the 7.75 cents interim dividend is safe & that maintaining the final dividend may still be in question.
