    To reiterate, I don't believe WAM will struggle to pay either interim or final dividends of static 7.75 cents. Their cash reserves are in a similar (slightly better) place as 12 months ago, and they maintained their div through 2023.

    If the market returns to a more bullish mode, as you suggest, this would only be beneficial for WAM.

    I make no comment on WMI, as I'm not on the WMI thread and I have no particular need to compare WAM with WMI. Of course if you want to manage your shareholding then please do so as you will.

    As to "there is a higher probability of WMI increasing dividends than WAM", I am not surprised. WAM has maintained its 7.75c div for several years and is currently returning 10%, which is fine for me and I don't need them to increase it further at this point.
