How can this stock be 41.5c???

interim div is a 7% return alone.

They are cashed up to the eyeballs! That's a great way to be in todays climate, they could really clean up down the track.

Not sure how the market will take this ann, but it makes me confident. Yeah, there is a reduction in div, but the market seems to have already factored in a much larger one.
