I get the feeling dividends may be quite a few years out from the commencement of production. There will be significant capital costs (even for the DSO from Arruwurra) before production can even begin, which means they will have to be funded (unless raised via a share issue), the company is also planning on building a rail line, and according to the correspondence out so far re the BON takeover they are planning to use cashflow from Wonarah to fund development of the BON phosphate deposits.
On top of that, there is ongoing exploration and evaluation of the other projects (Tin, Tungsten etc) to be funded.
