Most of the small cap REITS have suspended dividends to repay debt. The fact that the bank has forced the issue makes little difference. On rough calculations it will take about 5 quarters to pay down the debt enough to comply with the relevant LTV ratio. Occupancy is good, ICR 3.4 times, NTA over 90c. Given all the others are moving up, I expect GJT to follow. Debt maturing in 09 is about $114M, this is the real problem, but remaining debt of approx $600M not due until 2012.
