My neighbour has a very overgrown property with many trees and shrubs which require frequent trimming on my side of the fence. This places a burden of work on me which I don't want and find very difficult to do. I would like to enjoy my property without having to do work which should be my neighbour's responsibility. This system seems manifestly unfair. Question:- Can I pay someone to do the trimming and then bill the neighbour?
