Justis Balamce impossible . Down the south coast of NSW an old guy asked the council twice for permission to cut down a tree leaning towards his home on his property. The council refused him permission. The tree fell on him while in bed with his wife and killed him and injured his wife. The wife sued the council for his death and the judge said no
because the council had advice that the tree was ok. We have to learn to live with greenies.
