Its easily achievable for a retiree like myself, especially tradeing in TTS and TLS shares. I stay clear of the banks at the moment but do have my eye on Suncorp.

Have been with Unitab from the beginning,then switched to Tatts. I call it my balanced portfolio, have a bet saturdays to support them, then recoup some losses 2 times a year with dividend.

Always loved Telstra. Up and down like a yo yo. Always buying and selling their shares. They do return 5% dividend. Some times i do take the capitol gain.

I do all this without the pin striped suit and advise myself in financial matters. Had 60 yrs to work it out.
