Ok, so with slight improvement, we could be looking at 4cps EPS FY17.
On 20c, a PE of 5 (silly)/ 28c a PE of 7 (more reasonable)/ 40c (your PE 10x)
and 60% payout going forward, a FF divvy of 2.4cps (so 12% + franking credits) may give grossed up circa 16%.
LT hold for me Value, but hard to get them.
Looks like a good 12 months ahead, especially with down in dumps coal getting some love.
