Just received my Division 293 tax bill again, which I hate so much.
Australia needs to:
Retrospectively remove the exemption that politicians and judges get from the Division 293 super tax. Yes, retrospectively because the exemption enjoyed by politicians and judges has been criminal from the beginning. This tax, with the criminal exemption, was introduced by the goose Gillard in 2012, but the Libs did not remove the criminal exemption while they were in government.
Remove the defined benefits super schemes that politicians and public servants enjoy.
