Contact the AFP immediately, who will place the kids on the watch list and the kids won't be leaving the country.
Not sure if you need a court order (things might have changed since then), but the AFP will have all the answers for you.
Call a good lawyer tomorrow who can get an appropriate order as a matter of urgency. The larger city firms usually have someone on hand who can attend to you immediately, but they cost more than the suburban ones.
