How good is your lawyer?? Is he a wanker telling you what you want to hear or somebody who can show you cases he has won like yours??? Bet he can't.
I was the primary for my son. I stayed home (long service leave) and looked after him while my wife went to uni.
I kept a diary of all the days I looked after my son and days she did.
This will blow your socks - I even had an affidavit signed by my wife's mother saying I was the better and primary care giver!!
None of this mattered in court!! The diary was not even looked at and the affidavit ignored.
The child needs his mother!!! End of story.
This was about 30 years ago - but have things changed?? I think not.
My super dooper lawyer was useless.
So prepare for disappointment. Sorry!!
