touchy subject but a mate of mine looks to be going through it. so im doing my homework to try and help him not get rorted as he is a bit frazzled by the whole thing.
specifics are 3 kids under 8 years. approx 350k assets if they sold everything and paid off all debts. she says he can see kids whenever he wants but i have a feeling she will let the lawyers get in her ear and take my mate to the cleaners. the assumption is that she could get 75% of all assets. what si the story with his salary? does she get a % of that or does he just pay child support and she works the rest out?
anyway would be interested what anyone has to say.
