I had a different experience and had no kids so made it alot easier. Rang a lawyer and he said mine was pretty easy, so therefore to download the divorce kit from the family court. This cost about $400 from what I remember and then we sat down and filled it out. It was a fifty fifty property split got some valuations for the properties and worked it out from their, a very different scenario than having children I know, cheers
