Wow thats some venom and hatred all rolled in together.
Leave the lawyers out of it if possible, they suck your dry. Your children will grow up and if you have any self respect for yourself treat them with compassion and love; regardless of what your ex-spouse says.
Few breakups have amicable property settlement.
Close friends and family support becomes important.
Never Under Any circumstance entice violence or use violence.
It can take years for normality to re-enter your life again.
