Kalura, not a legal person, far from it, would just like to think I have a far view at commonsence.

Feel a bit sorry for people that are in the prose of "getting over it". I know it's tough.

Marraige is a great. You know, a sense of togetherness, a sense of companionship, a sense of achievement, a sense of the future, and achieving a common goal. Working together.

My view is that while things are rosey, all is good. However, when things turn into groundhog day, as they inevitably do, that is where the real work starts. It takes two to tango , so to speak. Go back to basics, re-stock and go again. Unfortunately, many simply give up and look for greener pastures. Sad.

Having said that, if it's doomed (and you know the point), bail !!!!. Cop your loss both emotionally and financially, re- stock and go again. Sounds similar to trading??

Another issue with divorce is the Family Law Courts. Although the Govt. continually puts through reforms to "modernise" the laws, and provide equality for both parties. Unfortunately, regardless of how many changes are enacted, Judges will always revert to precedent and Lawyers know that.

Also, was once told by a "Family Law Specialist" (lawyer with a tag) fiend of mine, that they only have the client once. Guess some may make the most of it.

As to your latest acquisition, your lawyer?, you are a brave man.

Just joking, well done, the best of happiness to you and you partner/ wife.
