    I think Ex Div is the 14 Sept going by special Div Ann.
    I have noticed the share price goes down a week or so prior to Ex date each time.
    I have always thought that maybe some big investor must be selling to lowering the price to gain on the Div replacement (lower price more shares?)maybe
