From the company's point of view they just got rid of over a 2 million dollar liability. If you had shares under the old Board when they declared the dividend you have lost out. But if you have bought since it has to be a good thing looking ahead. That and shutting down Dyno Dynamics seem to be the last clean-up items from the old balance sheet. It should all be cash generation and repayment of debt from here on in.
