Agreed, I was simply going off the proposed number. The way he responded it appeared he forecast $1B in FCF but PLS aren't paying 100%.
If FCF is in the range of $3-4B then based on the Capital Management Framework they would be distributing somewhere in the region of $0.30 per share.
As others have flagged, I would be happier with reinvestment in alternative assets (further percent ownership of JVs or alternative mine sites) or share buybacks within a realistic price range.
