Hi Shukit,
As I understand it, if you sell on the ex-div date (4days prior to the record date) you will not receive a dividend, you must be holding the share from the ex-div date and for the four days upto the record date, once you have been recorded on this date you can sell the shares and receive the dividend on the payment date, basically to receive a dividend you need to hold a stock for 4 days... easy money.
