Considering the money they have already invested in this program, I'd be surprised if they said anything different.
There was a post or a link where they said that the DoD hadn't nor wouldn't consider any other alternatives.
Like a horse with the side shutters on its eyes - look straight ahead.
I disagree with his comments to be honest, but hell, if we are going ahead with it, then I'll happily profit with my money invested in QHL. Just hope I'm alive and 'free' to enjoy it when I'm older!
