seems a little sus, as ctp does have such a large control / acreage, what the hell aren't they moving to develop!, get farm in deals.
with all the talk i begin to wonder. we cant continue to f***ing blame the gfc & euro mess on lack of real capital.
if its as bigtexas, it sure not acting like to texas!
some on you are probably much better placed to answer these questions than I am, but surely there needs to be some explaination on very slow development.
