I fully agree with you here, I’m just concerned and annoyed management has the hide to hide this in a simple announcement and as yet no please explain from the ASX……… It is up to the shareholders not just management to see what they feel is value, I agree 28.5 cents cash is low balling but would be happy with a share price over 20 cents not 14.5 cents due to the fact they didn’t disclose the bid in its own right…..
More will come at higher prices and I’m long at 12 cents average so plenty of profits ahead
