Drillfix , just sort of wonder if this is more gameplaying , bating , ie like really is this the way for shareholders to find out about such important things , how much will the Chinese own , it's supposed to be all shareholders company not just the MD's has the board met and decided this or is it just DH's idea .More about turns?
