DJ MARKET TALK: ROC Oil Price Target Lifted 33% By Morgan Stanley
2241 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: Morgan Stanley lifts ROC Oil (ROC.AU) price target to A$1.00 from A$0.75 with Equal-weight rating. Says A$69 million equity raising important step on road to recovery, de-risks balance sheet, makes asset development pipeline less of a hostage to volatile oil prices. "It ensures the 2009/10 development program can be completed now and not be at risk should oil prices reverse to the levels seen in March," Morgan Stanley says. ROC last at A$0.79. (RRK)
