An acquistion putting managements ongoing employment before their shareholders interests is my big fear.

I've been talking to my Father in Law about this, he said exactly the same thing and is fed up to be honest. He's held MGX for years and I had to talk him out of selling his entire holding today. He's still intent on selling 3/4 when the current highs are retested.

He's a long term, bottom drawer type of guy and he held 'em right through the GFC, but with mine life short & divs for shareholders not happening he's lost patience and sees better returns to be had elsewhere.
