I don't think Lynas management is that stupid to spend all this money on something groundless .
And i do believe that ... Malaysian Government PRESENT or FUTURE one , will never tarnish their name as high risk investment country .
IMO they must be well informed about Chinas gains with RE .
Logic tells me they may do want this plant to take off , more than us .
