NP, the headline is a bit premature and misleading. I suppose they get away with it under jounalistic interpretation. It will take a huge vote of those present at the meeting, to overturn the yes vote and it can reasonably be taken that it is a done deal. I wonder how long it will take to count and then announce the final result.
