Below is my basic chart showing support for DJIA:
The green line is my support line. It seems yesterday we had a hammer and the Dow closed just at the green support line.
It would be very textbook if it bounced from here. A small relief/short covering rally would be in order.
I think regardless of what the job numbers are tonight in USA, the fate of the DJIA has already been decided by the handful of hedge funds which control which direct traffic. My expectation is that it will be green for most of the session and drop a good few points in the last half an hour.
Any other thoughts?
