It makes little sense.
How would you explain CAP also being bullish on it?
Clearly there is good prospects on Djiffere - and FAR have as good as said they are waiting on government approval/arete. It's been mentioned in the previous quarterly and in a Cath Q&A.
Clearly, the only issue here is whether the Oct 31 option date has expired, or whether FAR are waiting on the govt for approval to claim their 75%. CAP think the former, FAR the latter.
The above is just trimilleniad being cheeky and stirring the pot. But blind freddie can see that
