cujo look at the article that started this thread and you and goodoil believe it to be sent from god sorry but i meant to be gospel well the first thing it states is that the ministry has given approval yes thats right approval for an extension to 2019 for phase2 which if you dont know what that is its the first well which was meant to be done by 28/07/18. Who do you think asked for it which i suppose it dosent matter what does is the ministry has given its approval
