What FAR has the option to do with DJ is have a smaller farm down and retain a larger WI but its vital someone else does the first well....they also have the option should DJ prove successfull to on sell and use the cash for SNE..the variables are endless..

As CN said its the best $1Mil she has spent and if the farm in can include recovering that million spent then it has cost absolutely nothing for the chance to add millions in future value with zero risk, lets hope the 3D shows something promising it could prove to be a very sweet deal indeed....
