New update from CAP Energy is online. Shared here for your awareness. In upstream the September article said that the Senegal court insisted CAP needed to mediate over the contract dispute in London before it could make its judgement in Senegal. This doesn't mention London though? Did the mediation happen? I guess we wait for further updates....
