Wow, this is interesting - I had originally thought this thing was a hoax.

But in light of what CAP have stated, this is going to open up claims and counter-claims.

The interesting part is the claim that FAR had a representative there - both times. This time, its a company statement, not an article.

I am sure FAR would have been going through this contract and will respond soon.

Given the conflicting claims - certainly one of these companies have been wrong in their publicly released statements!!!

And probably explained why the SP have been falling whilst CNE rose - markets hate these sorts of things.

btw, why don't FAR just hand over the 3D seismic - only cost $1M,

Thought FAR had moved on from DJ and had more important things to focus on.
