I agree DB... and let’s not forget what FAR said in their email to Ele: “We are currently discussing the way forward with Trace and have nothing further to say at this time.” If the 3D was handed over, then by implication it also means that the lease is now in good standing (that was apparently the roadblock) and the above quote suddenly begins to makes sense. So too does this latest bit of info from CAP.
