Has anyone actually read the ruling because IMHO the court has just handed Djokovic whatever amount that he asks for
Australia as a Western "civilized" country has a strict separation between the Judiciary and the Parliament so when a court hands down a political ruling they handed Djokovic a winning case
Why did they do this ? Maybe they wanted to prove to Parliament that they are not a puppet and that they should return to that separation, they may be upset because they are being "directed far too often ---- who knows but it does pretty well prove that our legal system is based in the Canberra halls of power and do not act independently
The Federal Court has found Immigration Minister Alex Hawke was within his rights to decide Novak Djokovic should be removed from the country because Djokovic is a high-profile unvaccinated tennis player who could adversely influence Australians on the basis Djokovic’s presence in Australia might risk “civil unrest”
In other words he has done no wrong they (the government) think he may have more power and respect from the community that they do
