It is our country. We decide who comes here and in what circumstances.
Our laws should reflect this. If we do not want a non-citizen here, that person should be able to be booted out with NO recourse to our Courts.
In the odd/extremely rare situation where a non-citizen has the ability to go to Court, our law should be clear. There will be NO Govt funding for that person.
We should enact laws to reflect these principles and, if they conflict with utterings of the DisUnited Nations - the latter should be given a size 12 on the DisUnited behind!
