Djokovic's legal team should argue that as Hawke has admitted that ABF had no right to detain Djokovic and that his entry to Australia was valid then all other subsequent actions by the minister are void. Hawke has not interfered to restrict any other player, official or foreign tourist that had a valid entry to Australia so has no right to now deport a similarly approved person.
