Be amazed if the Minister uses his power to boot him - for 3 years.
I guess it depends on how angry and embarrassed the government feels about having been bested in Court, but more likely, as usual, may depend on sniffing the prevailing public wind.
Best course for Scomo is to hide behind 'Well, the Judge said...legal process...etc, etc' and put the debacle behind them.
Anyway, it would be absurd to boot him if he filled out the forms truthfully, especially with the country already awash with covid.
