@Hingdog; if it was up to me Djokovic would NEVER have been issued with a visa behind close doors ass Morrison government did in November 2021. I'd have run with the Victorian Government's position repeated again yesterday by Daniel Andrews that to enter Victoria people have to be fully vaccinated.
Until and unless there is verifiable and admissible proof that Djokovic lied to get that visa / exemption the judgement of the Federal Circuit Judge stands and to quote Morrison backslappers as they defend Liberal Party ministers facing all sort of allegations, "innocent until proven otherwise".
If there's verifiable proof that Djokovic lied, Morrison's government has no choice but to return the matter to the courts pending his deportation - that's what our core values and democratic processes require.
