Does this mean that UNV does not have ownership yet, i.e. the coking coal ownership is 0% based on two factors:

1. Condition of meeting milestones to prove up resources as part of farm-in.

2. Ministerial approval.

Is that correct?

SA gov may sometime demand unrealistic share of the profit and royalties. I just want to weigh up the risk vs reward as I have seen some stock ended up in long fought battle with gov due to dispute over tenement, esp if UNV manage to prove up the big coking resource.
