Book value of their properties is probably book at cost
but the actually for the 2 properties worth hell of a lot more than on book value.
Number been chuck around those 2 properties is around 750m - 1 Billion on market where on book it's only 460m.
at 2.20 or under PE can make a play and still comes out ahead.
