    David Jones announced this morning a full year profit upgrade from $52-56 million to $64-65million.

    Looks like all the retailers are reporting great consumer spending (on the back of the baby bonus, family payments increase and reduced tax rates for middle income earners).

    This shld see most of the retailers (WOW, CML, MRL, DJS, HVN) have a bumper 2004/05.
