    These guys sound extremely dodgy - these guys are property investors with no retail experience (and from the sounds of it, no takeover experience either) - sounds like a winner. Also you would have thought their plan would be already finalise but they sound like they are still working through it! I think this "bid" is heading straight to the garbage shute before it even started!
