I fully agree with your points regarding the need of a strong&local partner in Portugal/Europe.
As for the last 2 months or so, the shares being traded in Europe surpassed those traded home in Aussiecountry by far, ten to hundred folded!, for EMH.

So, as the whole lithium story matures, I do think momentum and awareness have changed a lot since the old times where it was Australia leading the sentiment for exceptional exploration mining companies.
Now, a listing in Europe for a potential supplier for the EV industry in Europe would help, definitely.

And, imho it would leverage the disadvantage of dilution by this surplus in awareness by far, and thus by the way get all the cash in for to develop all the other promising tenements in this portuguese lithium findings.
