I followed a medical Coy overseas. Guess what. The SP has been smashed to smitherens by shorters ( from $5000 in value to $50). Yet the BoD keep paying themselves ridiculous amounts of money and shrug off the share dilution, consolidation and just disaster.

Being listed overseas would just be frustrating if the Coy would maybe find itself embroilled in such a case. While listed here they come under the laws of ASIC so there is a chance of penalties as I feel the capper is a resident of Australia and could be jailed for this manipulation.

If the Coy goes Overseas then it is no longer under Australian law.

Now the pro's of the situation is that we have $18mil in CASH. Portugal is not adverse to mining. We have found one mine already yet we have plenty more to go.
But will we if we spend alot of time looking to dual list. What DF needs to do is stomp on this capper. NOW. That is his job .
