Does the Asset sale does not require Share Holders approval? Nobody will raise any eyebrow if drilling results of Portugal lithium assets are good and share price shoots up; otherwise, I believe DKO management will have no choice but to drill more in existing tenements in Lynas Find project in WA and go for mining & processing of ores based on what they got.
