JF announces the conversion some time after the shares have been sold very often. From the volume it appears all the selling has been DKR over the last week and a half. Their strike price must have lifted from $3.80 to $5 or very close. Still unclear what is happening behind the scenes. Have they sold all and only then announce? Doesn't seem as if there is a third party involved except for the sudden appearance of matching buys. If so why not cross and be done with it? As you say H, only $7.6M or 2.5 M shares left (10 days like yesterday). Will we see the announcement after this tranche is issued?
