I do, you could borrow stock and pay 2% annualized.
You have seen that ANZ was holding TZL stock as nominee.
If you can get 10% coupon interest you sell the shs short and any bank will look upon the convertible note as good collateral so maybe you pay even less than 2%. In the meantime you get 10%. Hedge funds like this.
