This is what we needed!! As I said in a post on Friday TZ needed to issue the intention to redeem to put the pressure on DKR. Now they have to redeem the lot or TZ will redeem them on 17 June, and they (TZ) are underwritten .. I assume this means that a broker or insto is happy to be the middle man or in fact to acquire the shares.
Good news ... now let's see what happens! It makes announcements more likley post-17 June IMHO.
